They make a fiercely loyal , extremely intelligent, and adorable and cute companions. And most dog parents(humans) consider their poochoes
(Dogs) a member of the family.............. I am one of them I don't like any one shouting at my poochoes, I have three of them and is glad to have them .. I allow them to sleep on my bed with me in the night, nor do I like my parents hitting them...and not only my pets but any other dog I see on the road or anyway else and I have a habit where ever I go i carry biscuit packet or something that is edible to feed them ...this is a small way of mine spreading my love to them because it gives immense pleasure that cannot be described in words....And you should know that the love you give your dog he gives it back to you in ways that I am going to tell you. ....................

REMEDIES ON HOW TO GIVE YOUR DOG BATH

Hi!guys today my blog is based on how to give your dogs bath.
Now giving  your dog bath at home is much more cheaper than visiting the dog grooming centre. Bathing is something that the owner should do on regular basis.
1:- long haired dogs should be bathed every two or three weeks because they need more care and grooming .
2:- Short haired dogs should be bathed once in two weeks or once in a month or half.
Now some people find it difficult to give them bath so they take their dogs to dog grooming salon.  However you should know that bathing your dog yourself  STRENGTHENS THE BOND AND TRUST BETWEEN THE BOTH OF YOU.
Bathing your dog is absolute necessity.  It is important to give them bath in order to remove excess dead hair and keep them clean to prevent diseases and external parasites i.e. fleas. It is also important so as to prevent from bad smell. Some pets like having bath as it gives them relaxing and enjoyable experience, but some pets don't like to have bath so you need to make bath a positive and rewarding experience.
Now few remedies and tips you should remember while giving your bath.
1:- Your dogs skin is covered with thin layer of fat that protects them from infections and parasites , it is important that you don't bathe your dog too much. You should give them bath depending on their hygienic state or hair type.
2:- Use products that are specifically made for them. Don't make use of the shampoo that you use for yourself because their skin and hair style are very different from yours.
3:- Always be calm at the time of the bath because your dog looks at your behaviour and acts on his. So being calm will calm him down so you should do it as a routine of taking him to the bathroom and bring him out.
4:- The first time you give dog bath it is a bit a critical. So you should see that you make the very first bath very interesting and enjoyable .
5:- Along with behaviour , water is also very important.  You should see that water is luke warm but keep in mind that it should be warmer rather than colder.  So be careful with very cold water and very hot water.
6:- Avoid getting water into their ears because they can cause problems in the ears.
7:- Start with their legs and keep cuddling and talking to them .
8:- Later , after bath see that you dry them perfectly . Make sure that no traces of water remain. You can use dryer that are specialised for then (that makes less noise so that animal does not get frightened).
9:- Then brush your dog's hair genfly and thoroughly. This will prevent more hair from loosening and you will be able to untangle the knots that may have been caused.
10:- And if your dog has tear stains under their eyes make sure you clean them or else it will lead to many bacterial problem.
Remember just giving a bath does not stop your duty towards keeping your dog clean , you should see that you clean their ears , eyes etc regularly. So that they stay 100% healthy.

REMEDIES FOR DOG WORMS!!

Hi!! Guys, one of the most basic things that we must keep in mind regarding our dog's care is internal deworming . Not only because we must take care of their health ,but also because they can infect those who live with them . If we keep our dogs free of parasites, we can enjoy a healthy and happy pet . However it is also normal that sometimes they end up contracting some and therefore we should detect in time and act promptly.
The most common worms that effect dogs include round worms, Tape Worms, Hook worms ,etc.

Now how to know if your dog has worms , you should notice a series of symptoms and behaviours and their stool.
SYMPTOMS:-1: Worms , eggs etc in their feces .
2:Abdomen and swollen all the time.
3:Significant weight loss.
4:vomiting and diarrhoea.
5: Itching :- They tend to drag their butt on the floor.
Now this are some remedies for DOG worms

#  GARLIC:- It is a natural ingredients with great antibiotic and antiparasitic powers. However in greater quantities it is toxic for dogs as it can cause anaemia. Therefore you can use a clove of garlic , crush it mix it in their meals . Or else you can tie a CLOVE around his belly.
#  ARECA NUT / BETEL / ( SUPARI) :- Is also a strong antiparasitic.  You should crush the supari into powder and mix 2grams of powder in the dog's meal , twice a day.
#  POMEGRANATE :- Useful in treating in worms . So you can give some grains of the fruit to your dog.
#  COCONUT OIL:- Oil which is derived from pure coconuts.  Mix one small teaspoon as per the body weight of the dog in the food of the dog.
#   BONE BROTH :- It helps promote overall digestive health , supporting the immune system in eliminating worms.
#  If your dog is not ready to have all this things you can reccomened to the doctor and give him deworming tablets.
Now the question comes how to give the dog the tablet because dogs throw out the tablet when given . You can make ball of meat , fish etc whatever your dog likes and stuff the tablet in it and give him he will surely have it . It is a method discovered by me to give my dogs their medicines .
ONE More tip cleaning up after your dog has finished pooping isn't just a courtesy but it helps prevent the spread of worms and worms like parasites  because humans also can be infected with dog intestinal worms.  THE excreta of the infected dogs become infectious after five to ten days in the environment and it is very dangerous for human beings because once the larvae grows up it is capable of penetrating human skin which can cause infection to us . REMEDIES FOR DOG FLEAS

Hi!!! guys today I am going to give you a few remedies and tips on how to keep your dogs free from fleas.
As we all know that the winters are going to get over and summer is approaching so our dogs are likely to get fleas ,how? I'll tell you .
Summer and warmer weather means prime FLEA season! So you have to treat your dog and and your home to keep fleas away . Here are some few tips and remedies.

• First of all as goans we all know we have lot many cashew trees and you should not give your dogs to go near them because during summer season cashew trees attract all these fleas and your pets are likely to get them.
• Vinegar is pet friendly cleaning solution and is a aid to get rid of pests . Pests don't like the smell. So take a little of vinegar and dilute in water and spray on dogs rug or wipe the place where the the dog's sit.
  
• You should give your dog a regular bath so that he is clean and he doesn't attract fleas.
• Sunlight is also very important for dogs because excess sunlight and heat does not allow the fleas to enter dogs fur . 
• Plant herbal plants :You should plant strong smelling plants like BASIL,TULSI,CLOVE, PEPPER,MINT etc for it helps in preventing fleas from coming to your home.
• Keep your dogs bedding ,linens,clothes etc FLEA free .You should wash them in hot water and drug on high heat sunlight and iron it .fleas won't survive the double attack of heat.

Remedies for DOG COLD!

Hi!guys I am back today I am going to tell you on how to cure your dogs from their cold. Now that it is winter season our dogs are likely to get cold because of the weather. So if you see that your dog has begun to get a cold ,you should immediately start with these remedies. 
1. Give him a steam bath means take him to the bathroom and first let hot water run in the bucket and then let the steam of the water rise and take him closer to it or else if you have electric steamer you can give it a steam bath from that too. 
2. Try to keep the dog warm, let him sit on nice warm dog bed or rug or you can also make it wear a T shirt and so on. 
3. Give the dog chicken soup with a little Turmeric powder (haldi)it will help the dog's cold to be cured. 
4.you can also give the dog a table spoon full of honey. 
5. CINNAMON powder (tikhipowder) is also good for them.  So you can take tablespoon of HONEY and mix it with a pinch or two of the CINNAMON powder with it and give it to your dog. 
6. Very important see that he drinks a plenty of water. You can give it a bit of Luke warm water to drink.
